Effective 6 November 2026. Please read this policy before enrolling in coaching.
We collect your name, email, WhatsApp number, current cybersecurity level and learning goals when you enrol. We also keep the selected plan, order and payment references, payment-verification status and the policy version you accepted. During coaching, tasks, assessments, feedback and progress information support your learning.
We use these details to process and verify payment, record enrolment, coordinate sessions and support, tailor learning tasks, track progress and address payment or service questions. We do not request passwords, identity documents or financial account details in the enrolment form. Please avoid including sensitive information in your learning goals.
Razorpay processes payments through its hosted checkout. Your name, email and WhatsApp number may be used to prefill checkout. Toward Cybersecurity does not collect or store card numbers, CVVs, banking passwords or UPI PINs. Razorpay processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Coaching support on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Enrolment and verification records are stored on the payment service’s server. After verified payment, the enrolment details and payment references are also used for an owner notification email and a restricted Google spreadsheet for managing coaching clients. These records include the details provided in the form, the plan, duration, total fee and verification references; they do not include payment credentials. Access is limited to operating coaching and handling payment or service issues. Information may be processed by Google, the email provider, payment and hosting providers as needed to provide the service, or where legally required. Learner details are not published on the website or used by this enrolment flow for advertising.
This checkout stores a temporary session reference, access token and, when applicable, a payment-verification reference in your browser’s session storage so you can recover the checkout in the same tab. The enrolment form’s name, email, phone number and learning goals are not stored there. Closing the tab can remove this recovery information. Hosting and payment providers may maintain technical logs for security and operation.
Records are retained for delivering coaching, resolving payment or service issues and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion using the contact below. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for legal or payment-dispute purposes. Do not send full payment credentials in a request.
For privacy questions, contact the existing public email below. This policy applies to coaching. If it changes, the updated version will be published here; the checkout records the version accepted when an order is created.
